Join Mark live Tuesday, January 8th on his website - http://www.markscudder.com/live - as he continues to write and record demos for his next album, titled "#TheAntisocialNetwork." Mark will be broadcasting the entire creative process from conception to mastering. These sessions are always free, and you can talk with Mark during the broadcast. Just type something in the chat window, pick a name, and your comments are posted for Mark and other viewers to see.
On the agenda for this session: Mark continues building demos for songs that may appear on "#TheAntisocialNetwork," and introducing some new lyrics as well. Over the coming weeks, demos will be recorded, songs finished, and ideas explored. When there is a complete set of demos, album production will commence just like on his last album, "The Solution is the Problem."
Mark Scudder is a singer/songwriter living in upstate New York. In September 2012, he released his most recent self-produced full-length album, "The Solution Is The Problem," without help from friends, other musicians, new media personalities, or a record company. The first studio album ever to be recorded "live in front of a studio audience," Mark is streamed every last production session live on his website. In doing so, he created a new system of support, collaboration, and networking, bringing fans directly into the creative process.
Independent music like Mark's lives and dies on the support of fans and friends. If you don't support Mark's music, someone else may not. Self-producing also takes an immense amount of time and money. If you think art has been corporatized and is made mostly by people who hate you for who you are, you should be supporting Mark Scudder. Share this event with your friends here on Facebook or on Twitter and other networks, and support Mark by purchasing "The Solution is The Problem," available now wherever digital music is sold, and at http://www.markscudder.com.
