Conservatives and racists are actually stupid, study finds
A new study bound to stir controversy found that people with a low I.Q. are drawn to prejudice, racism and a socially conservative political ideology.
The study was conducted by researchers at Brock University in Ontario and published in the journal Psychological Science.
The study's lead author, Dr. Gordon Hodson, told LiveScience that people with lower intelligence scores are attracted to the "structure and order" of these ideologies because they make it easier to comprehend a complicated world.
"Reality is complicated and messy," Dr. Brian Nosek of the University of Virginia, who was not involved in the study, told The Huffington Post. "Ideologies get rid of the messiness and impose a simpler solution. So, it may not be surprising that people with less cognitive capacity will be attracted to simplifying ideologies."

Big Dawg, that is what the left wants us to do, waste our time on fodder. You know and I know this is junk science! Heck even the study was done in a socialist/monarchy. Obama and the Democrats are purposely creating little issues and big issues to distract all of us from what they are doing. For instance, did you get an email about what "Soldiers" are required to say when presenting a Flag to next of kin at Funerals? Instead of of "on behalf of the President..." it's now on behalf of the Secretary of Defense! Now Veterans groups are spending time and money to get this changed back. We can change it back by focusing on Obama and getting rid of him! I'd rather the Veterans Groups spent their time with the Military Budget cuts and benefits, that is what counts right now, not a stupid change in words. The left is baiting us, wanting us to focus on the outstretched hand while the other hand is in our pockets!
We can't play their games, had we - the Tea Parties would have never formed!

People will take it seriously because they surf headlines and don't follow up on information. They accept the first paragraph or two, get bored, distracted and move on; but the seed is planted! "Conservatives are Stupid", easy to remember...
Candi just went thru this with, oh what's her name...? Mis-information has filled the internet these last few years; so much parody has become possible and fiction becomes facts. Why? Because folks don't do their homework. Hey I'm guilty, I get lazy and stop reading, or accept truths without confirmation. I think it's Human Nature and the Left loves to play with our minds! They love to clog the arteries and give us a stroke! Slurring speech is a sign or symptom.
Weeelll if we continue to run in every direction to fix this or that, none of us will have time to UNITE on whats really important.

To me, Special Interest groups are big business! In many cases they are created to divide the people! They spread information and propaganda. They rely on donations and use professional "copywriters" to convince people of certain facts or so-called facts then sway them to donate! I know one of the best Political Fundraising "copywriters" in the DC area, he worked for Richard Viguerie until he decided to contract out his services. Jim is a honest "copywriter" at the same time though he has a gift to sway people into giving. If you were on the GOP mailing list back in the 80's you read Jim's letters! He also wrote for Gun owners of America and the NRA.

The Tea Party Movement is a counter to special interest groups, we have set aside social issues to focus on our Finances!

Candi, I agree most conservatives don't fall for this IMO, it's the younger Conservative and the Independent Voter, which this propaganda is for, along with conforming the LEFT!

LOL I knew it wasn't a test, and remembered what you wrote about as a "lesson". I'm a little distracted this morning, Koa was limping then bleeding, she split her pad on her right front paw. I got it cleaned up, added neosporin then tried to wrap it, applied neosporin again, tried to wrap, third try was a success! Taped gauze and watched her reaction, she checked my work but hasn't removed it yet! She is smart and I think it feels better to her.
Then my Wifes laptop froze, no not outside lol it locked up. I finally got it booted but slow and cleaned up her files, running defrag now. Hopefully it will boot for her, if not; restore! I'm keeping fingers crossed.
Do you still consider my first reply a knee jerk reaction?
Oh btw I don't mind playing along, I can be Dean Martin or Jerry Lewis! I like giving folks a open door and seeing what the do with it! hehe
