Fla. judge strikes down Obama health care overhaul

PENSACOLA, Fla.—A federal judge ruled Monday that the Obama administration's health care overhaul is unconstitutional, siding with 26 states that sued to block it.

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson accepted without trial the states' argument that the new law violates people's rights by forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or face penalties.

Reports: Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords shot at public event --- Do you think obama cares?????

Rep Giffords is a Patriot first and Democrat second. Do you think obama, napolitano,wimpy holder and administration care as she never sided with them. Happy New Year!...What's Next?

Happy New Year!!

We have had a great year in some ways and not so great in others. The great silent majority awoke and found its voice. Although it fell on many deaf ears in the halls of Congress, it was deafening at the ballot box in November.
