It is dedicated to Antoinette's dad, Tony Butrico, who was well known in the illustrious Manhattan circles as 'Mr. Nightlife." He was the host of many high class New York clubs. As a 17 year old, Tony began his career at the world famous, legendary Stork Club, and later put together some well-known lounges including Bachelors Three...., (see Namath: A Biography)....., The New York Playboy Club, The Ginza, Dudes and Dolls and The Gaslight.

It's been the consensus of countless major (household name) stars of movies, TV, radio and recordings, that Tony Butrico, who also wrote a weekly "Mr. Nightlife" column in Back Stage, "KNEW THEM ALL."
